Sin City is surrounded by tons of mountain biking, it's a jackpot for all kinds of riders.
Beginner
Trail width 36" or more on a firm and stable surface with a 5% or less average grade and a 15% maximum grade.
Unavoidable obstacles will be 2" or less in height and avoidable obstacles may be present.
Intermediate
Trail width 24" or more on a mostly stable surface with a 10% or less average grade and a 15% or grater maximum grade.
Unavoidable obstacles will be 8" or less in height and avoidable obstacles may be present.
Advanced
Trail width 12" or more on a widely variable surface with a 15% or less average grade and a 15% or greater maximum grade.
Unavoidable obstacles will be 15" or less in height and avoidable obstacles may be present.
WARNING: Short sections may exceed this criteria.
Expert
Trail width 6" or more on a widely variable and unpredictable surface with a 15% or more grade and a 20% or greater maximum grade.
Unavoidable obstacles will be 15" or less in height and avoidable obstacles may be present.
WARNING: Many sections may exceed this criteria.
